You are missing the point the criminal is the cop that killed someone that had already been restrained, that is cold blooded murder and needs to be punished as such, and so far i dont recall a single right winger objecting to executing murderers so why the objecting when we are to execute a cop

How difficult is it to comprehend that we have a massive cop violence problem? really we have seen a SH!TLOAD of evidence to support this claim. the reason you see more of it today isnt that it is more common today than before, it is that we have more access to films due to more smartphones etc allowing citizens to cover the lack of proper police work.

so many wankers in this thread.

The officers are idiots in the matter. If they had properly restrained him they wouldn't have had to shoot. the one dummy didn't put his knee on the guys neck which would've immobilized him right away. the other idiot got scared and said "gun". it was at that point that they executed him. no one is saying he shouldn't have been arrested and charged with serious crimes. we're saying he didn't have to be executed. the cops were incompetent and resorted to deadly force when they didn't have to. I hope they get hamstrung by the courts. they're nothing but scrub executioners in this matter.

Bingo, and in the position they had him why shoot him in the chest? Could have shot him in the arm if they were worried he was going to shoot at them. The way this went down makes it look like they wanted any excuse to take the guy out.

Cops shoot a black man and the media goes fucking insane and the Justice Department scrambles to investigate! Cops shoot an unarmed, 19-year-old white kid and no one gives a fuck (except local news) because it doesn't fit the "cops are out to kill black people" narrative everyone is crazy for these days.

Yeah you're right, there's a massive violence against cops problem. Good thing most of these idiots, for example Brown, get taken out right away.

How is it BLM's fault if white Americans don't give a fuck about their own?

Maybe you should contact the #alllivesmater folks, assuming they can be bothered to do anything, as they seem to be completely absent for these instances.

So it's the cops fault in the scuffle that the violent armed felon wasn't immobilized enough to prevent him being a further threat?
the other idiot got scared and said "gun". it was at that point that they executed him.
So you believe the cop yelled "gun" because he was scared of a wrestling match, rather than seeing a gun or something resembling a gun? And even though he did not shoot as he yelled "gun", you believe that he executed him soon after because he thought yelling "gun" would end the confrontation and it didn't?

no one is saying he shouldn't have been arrested and charged with serious crimes. we're saying he didn't have to be executed. the cops were incompetent and resorted to deadly force when they didn't have to. No, you're saying they should have endangered their own lives in order to save the life of an violent armed felon. You're even calling everyone that believes that they may have been justified "wankers" because after they tried both less-lethal options (taser, physical restraint), the violent armed felon continued to fight and even escalated the situation via his actions? You see the officers as the problem even though they were reacting at every moment to this persons actions.

Generally the death penalty is not used in a heat of the moment encounter anyway, so you'd need to find a lot more premeditation for this to ever qualify... so yeah, typical internet hyperbole.

Because there is no "massive" cop violence problem, it doesn't happen often enough that there is a pattern established. Sure there is racism, lets work on that, but if the best case you can find is "violent armed felon shot while fighting with police", then that should be a big light showing that hte problem is not as severe as you maintain. The case of Castillo (may have spelled the name wrong) is more of an example, and you know what? Even then you should wait for the investigation to riot/ protest. The justice system is not going to produce a verdict overnight, even if it wasn't a cop that did the shooting.
