Erm, not installing this, it needs:

Photos/Medias/Files
Why?

Wifi connection information
Why?

Device ID & Call information?
Why?

Why do other apps that do this require NO permissions, but this require 3?

It certainly looks nice (going by the screenshots), but with those permission requirements no one is ever going to trust it.

Fix your app to not require permissions it should never ask for and try again
