    Youtube Drama. My favorite

This has become the best part of Youtube. Drama between youtubers. The cherry on top is when they take the feud to twitter.

    The past few months:
Fine Bros (15m subs) - Greed
Drama Alert dude (1.5m subs) - psycho
Leafy (4m subs) - Being hacked by Poodlecorp? What else?
Tmartn (4m subs) / Syndicate (10m subs) - Confidence Artists
Fousey (10m subs) / Ricegum (3m subs) - Bitch Fight
    https://twitter.com/RiceGum/status/752627901636370432

I guess this compensates for losing daytime court tv.

If society makes these people wealthy, what does that say about society?
You're getting exactly what you deserve.

You do realise the Fousey "fight" was staged as hell right? Might want to check the vid instead of spouting "OMG fight"

Although I usually give 6-8 shits to my toilet a day, I also give 0 shits to these as well. But watching 2 people argue/fight about the certain reasons are still entertaining nonetheless.

And yes someone in the world dont give a jackshit about something. But both of them combined they have 20 million viewers who do care. I never heard of half of them until their controversy.

You can make a lot of money if you get a million subscribers on Youtube. One way to get a lot of subscribers is to be sensational.

They tend to spread all over Youtube's front page, trending, being discussed by other youtubers. It's inevitably a domino effect. In a way its just like news. The negatives outshine the positives.

Heh, "internet stars" with no credentials, that cater to millenials. For some reason I'm not feeling I'm at a disadvantage for not watching their blogs.

At least a pretty far cry from Ted Talks.

Never heard of any of them. Are any of them early 20 something hot chicks that are scantily clad?

Everyone's credentials start somewhere: The new age being Youtube. Short films submitted on youtube being turned and invested into $20 million dollar features. Unknown artists/singers blowing up on youtube; what they considered a hobby turning it into their career. Millenials are the majority, but to whom you consider not 'millenial' can still adapt into that. I've never been a fan of watching regular beings speak about their daily life, but clearly they're doing something to attract and relate others to them.

Had to google that RiceGum guy, found his Youtube channel, and I can't for the life of me figure out why he's popular.

There's some demographics that I just can't even imagine existing, but I guess there's truly something out there for everyone.
