Is WoD xp getting reduced?

Hello,

Is experience needed for 90-100 getting reduced with the Legion pre-patch?

I dearly hope so.

Most of my alts were left at lvl90-92.

I dread having to go through WoD for my 5+ alts, if it takes a long time i might just not bother.

....no it dosen't, and not everyone has rapid mind elixir come legion. Infact all lvling should just be nerfed a crap ton, like 10 hours 1-110 max....let thoes who enjoy questing slowly/grinding have options for that instead. You dont even learn anything while lvling

You can clear all of WoD in 5 hours tops.

Actually they have 1-100 in like 30 seconds... it's called a boost.

I believe the EXP has already been reduced.. someone from PTR compared live to PTR and it was significantly reduced.


Taking my time and using 2 elixirs and the garrison pot.. i can go from 90-100 in about 2.5 hours.

If you don;t want to use pots... get fully rested level by doing the treasures and bonus quests and then stop for another 10 days... you will have JUST enough time to get them to 100 in three 1 hour sessions over the next 20 days.

Eh, if you have heirlooms+flying, it's pretty quick. You can go from 90-94 in about 2-3 hours just from Shadowmoon alone. Just make sure you're constantly getting treasures and such.

They've already stated they don't intend to speed up the leveling pace anymore since the boost exists.

since leveling is already extremely fast, especially if you already have flying/heirlooms, then you're not asking for less xp. what you really want is free instant lvl 100 button. might as well be honest about it.

Considering 100 to 101 is almost 700k EXP and WoD had a few levels that went over 1 Million.

Yes. It has to get nerfed, there is no way around it.

If you haven't leveled those alts in all this downtime, then I don't know what to tell ya. There's been nothing to do for quite a while now. I leveled five alts by doing the mine and herb garden, plus the character-XP mission in the garrison, and only minimal questing. I think only one got to Talador before hitting max, while the other four did it in Gorgrond.

The only "long" thing currently in wod leveling is the silly starting experience.

After that, heirlooms, xp pot and using an elixir with the gorgrond events and you're basically lvl100 in like 4 hours or less even if you aren't a super hyper leveling boner guy.

It was already reduced with 6.2 I think. If you have flying, heirlooms and doing it correctly (bonus obj, Gorgrond etc.) it is few hours.

I leveled all 11 classes to 100 with this expansion and worst elements of leveling are:
- 5x-58
- WOTLK (at least until basin)
- MoP (no flying)

Best/fastest are:
- Cata (hyjal)
- WoD (chests, bonus and Gorgrond)

Some people bitch about BC but I love it too - just quest in HP and 5 mans queue and you are 58-68 in no time.
