Which Z170 motherboard?

Hey guys! I need some advice on buying motherboard for my build.
I've made my choice with the CPU - core i5 6600k
Video card - Asus GTX970 4GB OC Strix
RAM - 2x16gb DDR4 HyperX Fury 2400Mhz
other parts i can reuse from my current build.

So my question is: Should i go with an Asus z170 board, since my Video card is Asus. What are your suggestions, what about Gigabyte, Asrock... etc?
The prices in my country on z170 boards, start at 110 euro... should i spent 40-50 euros above that for one of the "gaming"editions, or the entry level board is ok?
Here is some info that you'll need:

Budget - 150-160 euro
Resolution - 1080p
Games / Settings Desired - WoW, LoL... maybe some new AAA games that i will just try
Any other intensive software or special things you do (Frequent video encoding, 3D modeling, etc) - Photoshop, Adobe premiere, Im not planing on overclocking at the begining, but for the futere its an option.
Country - Bulgaria
Parts that can be reused - Case, PSU, HDD and peripherals
Do you need an OS? - No
Do you need peripherals (e.g. monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, etc)? - No

Why the GTX 970 ?

I would say picking a Z170 for 110-160€ is more about the look\color and your expierience with the brands and less about performance.

Are you sure you want to buy a gtx970 atm? Why not a gtx1070 or RX 480? Can you linke a webshop you are buying from and the budget on lev?
