Earlier in the season they had Yaya Touré coming on and shit like that.

Talk about an embarassment of riches.

Aguero looks lost there right now. Gabriel Jesus looked a whole lot more active than Aguero does.

I would say Arsenal might have a shot, but they still have the 2nd best striker in the world with Lewandolski
He's having a hard time to fit into Ancelotti's system. He played 4-3-3 in the beginning of the season where Müller didn't succeed at all and then he switched to 4-2-3-1 with Müller under Lewandowski. He got more involved but still not getting those goals, he's getting assists here and there but yeah he is having a terrible season.

On the bright side: Thiago has excelled in Ancelotti's system and has been handed the CAM position instead of Müller and I hope Thiago starts before Müller against Arsenal. If Müller is in the starting eleven then I hope Thiago only plays deeper.

If I was Wenger I'd have a seriously cushy job for life for minimal effort.

I wonder how Wenger's assessment is handled. Or if there even is one to begin with.

I have an inspection tomorrow morning it's feking horrible pressure but I wouldn't trade that for the vitriol Wenger gets from some.

Speaking of football celebs by Mum and gran went to the Liverpool edition of the strictly come dancing tour (don't ask) and met Ian Rush in the local posh restaurant in Heswall - my aunt and uncle know him really well since their kids went to the same school apparently.
I wouldn't piss on Stevie G if he was on fire but I'd love to meet Ian Rush.

Yeah new system can't help but even so. His positional awareness was always his greatest strength popping up in the right place it looks more like a massive loss of confidence.

Thiago is awesome. Glad he's been able to move on from injuries and should be a starter for spain

    Hope PSG get tonked tonight.

I don't particularly like Barca but I dislike the jump ups more.
Kimpenbe in central defence against MSN is going to make or break the lad.

Biggest problem for Barca is their right back. Aleix Vidal was really starting to get in form and then got the nasty injury this past weekend. Sergi Roberto has been poor (and to be fair, he is a midfielder that has been slotted into the right back spot).

I think Benfica and Barca will win tonight. We'll see.
