Pokemon Alpha Sapphire

So I'm playing this game and I got side tracked. Now I can't remember what quest I was working on. I can't seem to find any sort of quest log. Is there a way to figure out what quest I'm working on in this game?

I don't think there are any direct pointers but you can probably deduct it by checking how many badges you have and doing a comparison with a walkthrough guide.
