Professior/Garrison for those with limited time?

I play mainly PvP. I login often throughout the day, but around ~1hr playtime each.

Any recommendation for profession that can "passively" make money?

Last time in Cata, I was Alchemy and do the daily transmute, then sell on AH. Right now I have Skinning/LW, but since I don't play much anyway I don't have the time to kill and skin the mobs. I also don't raid so I'm not sure if LW is useful. Any BoE gear I make, I'm afraid the AH is flooded with them since I play in a very populated realm.

Also wondering for thoughts on garrison building choices, seeing as gold from missions are gone.

Any idea if there will be a "legion" recepie for making Gliders using legion mats? If not, having an engi works might be a good source of income just cranking out gliders if the bag market beccomes too saturated.
