“Hassan T” was the first man to be sentenced after the horror attacks in Cologne in which girls were surrounded, robbed and groped.

Police said men were carrying notes with vile phrases and slurs translated from Arabic to German and English.

But 26-year-old Hassan has said the version of events told by German authorities were “all a lie”.

He wanted to express that the man either has a serious speech impediment or somehow wants to make fun that the dude can't speak English. In a German court. Or perhaps he wanted to insinuate that he can't speak German properly, also not a surprise, given that he's a refugee and shit.

If someone uses the phrase "dindu nuffin" it means they're either being deliberately racist or they've unwittingly picked up some racist phrases by mindlessly parroting what they've read elsewhere.

He wasn't prosecuted for rape. He wasn't sentenced for rape. He was sentenced for the crime he was prosecuted for: complicity to sexual assault. He and other refugees did inappropriately touch several women after offering their male companions money in exchange. Only the new §184j StGB would apply here and it doesn't actually stipulate a stricter punishment than what was judged appropriate here.
