No, not at all. You can vote any way you want. Just be prepared to accept the consequences of doing so. You can be assured that the right (hard core conservatives) will vote for Trump. It's only the left that generally stick to their ideals despite the consequences.

It's a two horse race. You can pretend that it's not but it is. Voting third part of not voting are pretty much the same thing. Just don't cry foul when you get nothing for decades to come.

After all, it would be only right to resist Literally Hitler with all your might and main. But I'm obliged to remind you that it wasn't Trump who propagated this particular charge against himself, it was the Democrat Party. As you say, things have consequences: If Trump wins, and the Democrats resist the outcome of that election, then the consequences of that decision are on every Democrat voter.

I like the idea of him standing up for himself after all the work he put into his campaigning, but with the stakes of wanting to keep the presidency away from Trump I don't know if he'll allow himself to do it just to keep the democrats from being divided. I sure would be terribly angry and embarrased up on that stage though trying to play it off, though... glad to not be in his position tonight. I hope he gets out of this with some dignity and pride to his name because I feel that he's earned his right to it. Wonder what he'll say.

My comments above were about progressives and what Trump would do for their agenda. Nothing more. No Trump = Hitler, etc. From a progressive standpoint, Trump would be disastrous.
