What happened to the supposed teleport/charge ability that was hyped up by blizzard?

After looking at prot abilities and talents, I see what happened here. They gave all the mobility to prot. Because reasons. /facepalm

I certainly wouldn't mind having me some Tracer-esque mobility with shiny lights, so long as we don't get the soddy accent.

If they're going to crib from Diablo 2 & 3 and Heroes of the Storm in other ways and for other classes... we might as well get some of that lovin'.

Really all I care about is having an ability that looks and feels better than Divine Steed, which right now is a joke. They couldn't even give us a souped-up visual i.e. the Guardian of Ancient Kings mounted on a similar kind of glowy light-horse.
