For some reason, they are greyed out sometimes. I have no clue what triggers it. Doesn't matter what spec I am or what set I'm using. Sometimes the buttons appear normally, sometimes they don't. I'm not using any addons.
Is this happening for anyone else?

Just a quick thought, normally this should only happen when you are already wearing that set of gear, and have it saved as well - do you?

Yeah, it's different from that. I shouldn't have used the words "greyed out". As you can see in the screenshots, it's like the buttons are missing.
