Been waiting a long time for this

My friend and I are trying to finish up our Glory of the Icecrown raider for our drakes but are stuck on an achievement. It's the one called "Been waiting a long time for this" on the Lich King. I'm a Druid and she is a Mage. How do we do this correctly? Ty!

Dont damage the boss or the adds. Wait till either of you gets the plague.

When the plague has 2-3 seconds left, the plague carrier gets away from the adds. Repeat 4 times
Once you get the 5th plague, let it expire near the adds and wait. Once the plague has 31 stacks (check the adds for the debuff and not LK for the buff) you are good 2 go and can kill him.
