Isn't a normal person's first instinct to be happy that the earlier verdict was overruled? How do you feel about the article the OP posted?

i just hope all of you are held accountable for every instance of injustice toward another that you ever had and ever will have.
or maybe you wouldnt want to be?

Hope he's given a punishment that still lets him get on with his life. Putting him on a sex offender list would likely ruin his life. Is that an option?

Attempted rape is a serious crime.

Are you sharing your account or why do you use the pronoun "you" to address yourself?

With regard to the label, do you honestly think that this act makes him irredeemable to the point that others need to be warned if he's living near them for literally the rest of his life?
    Groping is not serious? Seriously?

Yeah, that's missing the point of the post. Feel free to make yet another post about males being raped, but this one doesn't quite fit the bill.

Having this appear for a judge is ludicrous to begin with.

People need to wise up about consent. It's pretty clear cut as to what it is.
If she says no it means stop.
If He says No, it means stop as well.

Both sides of the coin, not just one side.

No we don't see 15 year old appearing in court for groping each other, because this happens all the time, it is called "puberty", where kids explore themselves and each other. This goes as well for males as it does for females. Did this kid go to far? Absolutely, but there is no need to bring this to court.

? It is in courts but news don't report on every court case

Groping when they do it together? That's not a crime if it's mutually

Not when concerning children, there is a reason for that.

Because the first woman to say its a crime, gets to take the other to court. Thats how it works. Men cannot say No according to society.

And when you do stupid things as a child you receive consequences for them, it's all part of learning.

He sounds like a creep. This kind of behaviour bothers me, and it worries me. 5 years time, with some booze, how far would he go?
