Doesn't make him a Knaak character. He's a pure Blizzard character. He existed prior to Knaak even touching Night Elf lore. Rhonin, Krasus, Anveena, Valeera are all Knaak characters.

Since Warcraft 1 pretty much (And well, let's be fair, the connection between orcs and wolves have existed since the earliest of early fantasy, Tolkien was the first to combine the two). The wolf aspect of Varian always felt off, but it doesn't really matter anymore, since he's no longer bound by Goldrinn... Nor is he a live so nevermind that.

I agree, Christie write some epic books " for wow " maybe not an Epic in scale for other Novels, but in WoW grand scale she is on the top for sure

That does not make wolf theme belong exclusively to them in a bit. Goldrinn works just fine without having anything to do with orcs.

Was Valeera created by Knaak? I don't remember that. Aside from the time travellers and side characters in WotA I think the dragon aspects were created by him too.

Yeah he created her for Day of the Dragon, along side Rhonin, Falstad and Krasus. Obviously someone at Blizzard (likely Metzen) told him to create her, but her first appearance was in Day of the Dragon.

I'm okay with the ship but I can't imagine it ever happening. Maybe something unrequited on Maiev's end to serve as another similarity to Illidan (with his unrequited love for Tyrande) but Illidan would never reciprocate.
