Storm was established with the idea that life comes before raiding. We wanted to create a competitive raiding guild with a focus on progression in a much reduced schedule than other current Mythic guilds out there. The idea is to create an ideal 21+ environment/community for those of us with other obligations in life such as school, work, and family. If a lot of time isn’t something you have, but you enjoy progression raiding like the rest of us, then we’re the place for you.

Our Goals

• Establish ourselves as one of the top US two nights/week Mythic Guilds
• Progress as quickly and efficiently as possible through current content
• Legion Raid Tier One - Obtain a US 600+ Kill
• Legion Raid Tier Two - Obtain a US 400+ Kill
• Legion Raid Tier Three - Obtain a US 200+ Kill

Recruitment Needs

We’re always recruiting players with the ability to play their class/role competitively regardless of class


Expectations of Raiders

• Previous Mythic raiding experience
• The desire to min/max your character(s) and stay on the forefront of theorycrafting
• The ability to play all roles for your class effectively
• Consistent TOP-TIER level of play. Again, reduced schedule, need intelligent and skilled players.[/li][li]Daily forum participation
• Ability to come to raid prepared, this includes, but not limited to, bringing enough consumables and having knowledge of fights we are working on.
• Understand the need for criticism. Learn and improve from mistakes.

Other Information

• 90% raid attendance required to remain on our raid roster
• Loot is handled via loot council. We feel this is the best way to improve the guild as a whole.
• We are mature adults and as such, respect is mandatory to all players internally and externally of Storm
• Members are preferred to be the age of 21 or older, but exceptions can be made under the right circumstances.

Hi there,

I know you're not exactly looking for things that aren't Priests or Mages, but I wanted to get in-touch in case your needs change.

An RL friend and I are looking for a 2-night mythic guild, and we happen to already be on Stormrage.

We're trying to join as a twosome, but we've been having trouble finding an outfit with a good schedule and that'll take us both.

I'm the sticking point - I am throwing down the swords this expansion and swapping to a Demon Hunter - this is my first time swapping raiding mains since 2008 when the death knight was introduced. I played a fury warrior from 2004-2008, and my DK primarily as DPS from 2008 to early WoD - I was raiding into Blackrock Foundry on Heroic, but that was about as far as I got in WoD. I'm in the Legion beta, so I've been playing Demon Hunter as much as I can to get it figured out for launch; I am keen to play Havoc, but am not opposed to playing Vengeance - though everything I read tells me they're more or less only useful as offtanks and only shine on add-heavy fights.

So the tl;dr there is that I am looking to play a Havoc Demon Hunter this expansion, and I know that makes it hard to justify having me.

My friend is going to be playing either a restoration druid or restoration shaman, with plans to have a balance or enhancement offspec, respectively.

So please, feel free to reach out to one of us in the event your needs change, or you just decide you'd have a really rad mythic roster with 4 demon hunters...we do make things look good.
