This research involved no actual examination of political goals or political direction of the examined country? What kind of research did this person claim to do if any?

Many of the conclusions in that paper are pure horseshit. They sure do some serious mental gymnastics to make social mobility "the same".

It's ok, the American dream was still born to begin with.

Denmark makes it more comfortable to be poor and less lucrative to be rich, so many young people decide to end their education after high school.

I think what the article is saying is that if you're not a material person, social welfare is a good choice instead of a career. So a lot of Danes do the bare minimum know the state will take care of all their needs.
People don't end their "education" when they leave high school in Denmark. People just go to other places for education. Most people in buisness or labour work, like mechanics and carpenters, are still in their mid 30s educating themselfs with school centered around their specific subject.

Just because you don't get a university degree, does not mean, that you arent educating yourself other places.
May the lore be great and the stories interesting. A game without a story, is a game without a soul. Value the lore and it will reward you with fun!

Don't let yourself be satisfied with what you expect and what you seem as obvious. Ask for something good, surprising and better. Your own standards ends up being other peoples standard.
