Innervate/Symbol Of Hope Announcer

A guildie and I thought it would be pretty cool if there was a way to sum up all the mana that a healer saves while innervated or under the effects of Symbol of Hope. So here it is! Introducing Innervate Mana Saving Announcer! or IMSA!

Key Features

• During Symbol of Hope, sums healing spells mana costs from all healers and reports all mana saved in chat.
• If you are casting Innervate, you will whisper the healer notifying them that you just innervated them!
• Automatically reduces mana costs of spells if they are reduced through spell effects (for example, Mana Tea) and will report the correct amount of mana saved.

About the Addon

Announces the mana a healer saves via Innervate or Symbol of Hope. Adds up all the mana cost of the spells you cast during Innervate or Symbol of Hope, dynamically adjusting the cost of spells if there are buffs that make them free or reduced cost, and says the amount as well as the source and target in chat. If you're the person who innervates a healer, you'll also whisper that person letter them know to cast spells for free!

Use /imsa to turn the announcements on or off

The addon includes a priority system of who's in group to determine who sends the message, but in order to determine the priority list, you must enter combat first. In a raid this is no problem, but if you want to test this with a buddy nearby with him/her having the addon, make sure you both enter combat first. You'll only have to enter combat after every group change, so if you're with only your buddy, you only have to do it once.
