An increasing number of asylum seekers in Germany fed up with the slow processing of their asylum requests have filed nearly 6,000 legal complaints about reviewing their refugee applications for too long.

The German Ministry for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) confirmed the number to the media outlet hr-info. The latest figures by BAMF estimate that as of May this year the body is facing 5,800 so-called “Application for failure to act” proceedings.

If I was living in Europe I would be very concerned about how all of this is transpiring IMVHO. You help refugees and they turn around to scrutinize the type of help they are receiving.

Take a map and look how many countries are between Syria and Germany, look at the amount of of countries who do not give a single f about the refugees but germans are the bad guys.

I highly suspect the people who file those complaints will be treated with the utmost minimum courtesy.

A refugee camp is not a good place to stay for years, so you can probably understand their frustration about having no idea if they're gonna be able to stay in the country or not. Seems to me like they want a decision, so they can get on with their lives. It's not like they're suing the government for not supplying champagne and caviar to the camps.

Atm 1 refugee holds the record with 17 identitys so he got for few month 2380€ every month .
A few month longer and he would get 6800€ every month.
