So Malia who skipped the DNC to go get stoned at Lollapalooza was caught smoking a joint while attending. In addition she was dressed like a slut with her ass cheeks hanging out and a tube top and twerking all over boys. What happened to being parents, and being a good role model for them. And why did the secret service allow it to happen? Where did she buy it? Why wasnt the dealer detained by the secret service? How could they even be sure it wasnt spiked or poisoned marijuana?

Now of course there is physical proof she was smoking joints so why has she not been arrested??? That's right, her dad is President and is pro pot. He has pardoned thousands of crack heads and pot smokers.

Ok, fine, I'll play along.

1. You can't even be certain its the same person in each photo
2. In photo #2, no human has ever held a joint like that. That is clearly a cigarrette.
3. I'm not even sure if the girl in pic 3 is even black.
4. There is zero chance the secret service would let her just run around at a concert without them in tow.
5. The notion that Obama has pardoned crack heads and pot smokers is just hilarious.
6. We talked about Bush's daughters for no more than one day after that story was printed. Nobody cared.

Can you really get arrested in the US if somebody saw you smoking weed ?
In germany the police can catch me being high but if I don't have weed on me, the maximum they can do is put me in a detox cell for a couple of hours. Consumption is not punishable, only possession, growing and distribution. They can have as much video evidence of me smoking weed as they want, nobody cares about that.

Yes. My lips never touched alcohol or drugs. I had good parents. I was told the dangers of drugs and alcohol, and had I ever came home smelling like either, I would be thrown out of the house

It's the same here. You have to be found in possession. To be fair, if it came to that, her dad can pardon any crime, even without naming the crime or date of incident. He can literally clean slate anyone.

If there is video of you smoking it, then that same video shows that you possessed it. Its impossible to consume something without possessing it
