Balance vs Elemental - Which would you bring to a raid in Legion?

it does not matter unless you are a hardcore mythic raiding guild.

At which point, most specs will be changed around to better suit the specific mechanics in that fight.

i do not know much about ele but in terms of raid utility.

Balance has combat rez which isnt that unique anymore but it still counts

but the big one they have in terms of raid utility is the ability to innervate a healer, which with an artifact trait, also gives them a 20% Haste buff which will be huge in some fights.

Does Elemental do anything particular in Legion? Wind Rush Totem and sustain AoE is the things I can figure out.

Yeah.. This is the massive issue for me, sure Icefury is nice but it's a talent and the others could easily be superior in terms of dps.

Balance is currently doing more damage, especially AoE and brings almost as much utility.

My vote goes to whichever you enjoy playing more...
