They removed all visual effects for warlocks and gave them to mages.

and took some of our spells and gave them to demon hunters.They removed all visual effects for warlocks and gave them to mages.
I wonder which class will get our eye of Kilrogg.

Warlocks lost an absolute ton of cool thematic and flavour stuff with Legion. For an expansion focused around class fantasy, the fantasy of Warlocks got a lot more muddy and homogenised.

I mean... Grasping power far greater than we had any right to wield and then losing everything due to our hubris sounds pretty Warlock-y to me. Maybe our class fantasy is just really meta.
