I haven't seen any lore regarding any love interest of his, like we see with Illidan or Malfurion and other characters, but seeing as he is the blood elf leader you would think there would be some mention of his love interests in lore.
I just assumed he might be gay given that consideration.
Blizzard doesn't write any gay characters into their Warcraft lore that we know of yet right? I know there was some talk of gay characters in Overwatch, but nothing that I know of in Warcraft

Probably not likely. He's been shown to have feelings for Lady Liadrin in lore outside of the game.

Does it matter if he is or is not? For you to assume he is gay because we don't see his lover interest is pure ignorance at its finest. But of course...its Jaylock.
