The sister is interruptible which means it might depend on the skill of the group. You could kill it fast with few interrupts or keep it up longer. The drake appears to become dangerous at low HP only so one could work a priority around that but I doubt it can be up forever. I'm not sure how the mythic adds work, if they are regular adds, but they seem to be a "nuke fast or tanks die" kind of thing.
