(H) Area-52 <Rush> open DPS spots for Legion

<Rush> is a Horde guild on Area-52 which is focused on maximum mythic progression in a 9 hour per week raid schedule. We are looking to add the final 2-3 DPS spots to fill out our Legion roster. We are currently recruiting the following:

unfortunately at this time only off-spec healers/tanks would be considered.

We're a new guild reformed for Legion. About 10+ of us played in a former guild together in WoD and found we had a great start of a mythic team...unfortunately we started so late into Tier 18, it was impossible to find and fill the 20 man roster we wanted to have that were up to the caliber of our core team. So we decided to do our own thing these last few months. Some of us pushed mythics with other guilds, some took a break and played League and Overwatch. But we knew we'd get back together for Legion because we realized we had a great team here. In the meantime, we've picked up several other like-minded people that were a great fit to our mix.

Our focus will be strictly on mythic PVE content, with a 9 hour schedule 8:30p-11:30p EST Tue/Wed/Thu. Due to the nature of mythic content requiring exactly 20 people, we expect ALL raiders to maintain near-perfect attendance. This is not a casual raiding guild. If you're here, we expect you'll be here consistently and on-time for all raid nights. Yes... things happen and we'll probably run with about 23 members on the mythic team so that we can handle occasional absences.

Our expectations for existing and new members are simply people who are focused on pushing themselves to fully clear all mythic content, but on a less than hardcore schedule. Our average age is in the 25-35 range, however mature and respectful players of all ages are welcome to apply. We're not a guild that has lots or rules and meetings and layers of structure. Out team is largely made up of former hardcore raiders who know how to get things done, but are looking to raid in a more relaxed environment with a lighter schedule. We simply look for other new members who are self motivated, and have a high level of interest in the game, their class, theory-crafting and content.

In order to make our 20 man mythic roster, you will be expected to demonstrate class proficiency as we clear heroic content. Performance is important to our team, but our guild ONLY practices constructive criticism. Although we have fun and laughs, we take raiding seriously, in that we do not want to waste anyone's time by wiping needlessly. Fully clearing mythic content means, we can't afford any weak links, and we need everyone to stay focused on making small, gradual improvements every raid week.

Leadership of the guild is handled by a 5 person council. Some of the 5 are involved in day to day guild operations, and some are focused more on raid specific duties. We use a loot council, and all members of the raid team will have the opportunity to participate on the loot council as we will rotate members periodically. Overall, this is a guild you will feel comfortable in if you're a respectful, drama-free person who likes playing the game with others who do their job and show up well-prepared to tackle any new content. We are very active in mumble throughout the entire day and it's a fun group to hang out with.
