What will be the most needed dps and tanks at legion? post your tier list.

Unless you're going for world/server firsts, the most needed tanks/DPS are the ones you recruit that can actually play their chosen class.

Pre-Raid DPS (i850ilvl) DPS:

A: Outlaw, Arms, Shadow, Havoc, Fire.

B: Rest

C: Frost(DK), Elemental

A: Outlaw, Arms, Shadow, Havoc, Fire.

B: Rest

C: Frost(DK), Elemental

WRONG, arms is dumpster, shadow is good st but needs time to build up, so-so aoe.

Outlaw, fire, havoc, ww, will be the most desirable specs for mythic+ and then raid is whatev. If you don't want to be discriminated against in key runs, any of those 4 will do fine
