You can find pretty much the entire chronology of novels and tie-in materials in the sticky at the top of the Lore forum, or here.
"We're more of the love, blood, and rhetoric school. Well, we can do you blood and love without the rhetoric, and we can do you blood and rhetoric without the love, and we can do you all three concurrent or consecutive. But we can't give you love and rhetoric without the blood. Blood is compulsory. They're all blood, you see." ― Tom Stoppard, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead

The sheer amount of material can be overwhelming. I, however, was able to scratch my itch via just the novels, which there are many, but is far less overwhelming.

Go HERE for the order to read them in. Start obviously with Rise of the Horde. You'll enjoy the novels. All are quite good with no glaring stinkers.

Also, the first Warcraft: Chronicle book is a nice prequel to it all. It deals with the formation of the universe/titans/ancient stuff. It's like WoW's Silmarillion.
