i dont know if its a bug on the ptr but autoattacks dunnot apply hunter's mark but instead arcane shot does that, if thats how it is intended to work then the rotation is: Arcaneshot->marked shot->double aimed shot->spam arcaneshot until apply hunter's mark+marked shot->double aimed shot and so on....

is this the optimal rotation?

Does it not worth to cast aimed shot without vulnerable buff on the target? do you spam arcane shot instead?
