Brewmaster / WW leveling

Yo, apoligies if this has already been asked before.
I've exclusively played Brewmaster so far, and I'm wondering what the best approach is for questing to 110.
Quest in Brewmaster, or go Windwalker (if so, do i get the artifact weapon at 100, and when can i get the Brewmaster one then ?)
I already heard that you can just save your artifact power for the spec you plan on playing on 110.

BrM is absolutely fine to level with. I wouldn't worry about it. You can pull more mobs as well which is a bonus to questing.

You pick one artifact at 100 and at 102 you can get all the remaining ones.
