there are 3 major regions, EU, NA, and China, currently only EU has access. kind of hard to acknowledge it as " world " first if 2/3rd of the game population can't access the content and hence can't compete. so yeah Region first.

I'd say exactly the same thing, it would only be " world " first if all regions wend live at the same time. now there is an argument to be had that China is excluded due to its unique situation but point be made if the NA server had went live first I'd still call it Region first.

This delayed regional launch is similar to most other MMOs, and in every case I've witnessed there was always arguing about world firsts. When Rift launched raids for North America 6 hours ahead of EU, trust me, EU fucking complained. Don't pretend North America as a region is special in this regard as the only ones who will complain.

its not world first, its region first, world first is not a thing unless all regions get access at the exact same time.
