In HoV and a bunch of flies swarmed over some dead vykrul. Did I do that or was it another in the group? Looked cool and can't get it again to happen

It has has a chance to finish off weaker foes, iirc once they hit 20% it has a chance to do kill them but it only works on normal mobs and not rare+

I'll get one next time I see it. So far twice in 60 hours it went off...
