110 eye of azshara first boss (normal) dropped as Enhancement.

I'd say i got it roughly after 15-20ish runs spread over 4-5 months

Dropped for a guildie at 107, during a normal run.

Have done about 30-40 normal runs, just doing the first 2 bosses (only ones that can drop it)
Probably did about 15-20 heroic runs as well
Finally got it around my 15th Mythic/Mythic+ run in there.

In case you're wondering, it can drop from the first 2 bosses in normal/heroic/mythic and has a chance to drop from the chest in mythic+ (if the chest picks thoe bosses to roll a drop from)
