Where do you get the drop that leads to Rank 2 Fjarknskaggl?

I can't find any information on it. The Aethril was by the Withered area in Azsuna, so I'm thinking this is in a specific location as well?

But it dropped in Northern Stormheim, in the Brood of Nithogg bonus area. Hopefully this helps someone!

Did it drop off a mob? If so which one? Did it drop off an herb node?
