Since we got the new Zen Pilgrimage, is there an Npc that gives u the mastery buff in class hall? i heard there is one , but i cant seem to find it. Any help please?

Pretty sure there's a portal to the Peak of Serenity in the Class Hall.

Up the first sets of stairs and to the left.
It's could've and would've. Not could of and would of. Not sure when "of" started meaning "have," but everyone who thinks it does needs to go back to school.
