Major-crit, minor-mastery, and a socket on every piece. Spiked Tongue + Oakheart's for trinkets assuming you're not fighting a demon and are utilizing spiked tongue to its fullest potential. 3x Pyro damage relics. You'll also want to make sure to get to 1800 haste somehow in there, as well.
