Missing Feral Artifact Form?

Maybe I'm just late to the game, but if the hidden artifact appearance for Feral is that owlkin form, did this form for us get removed from game?? I looked at the appearances for the artifact in Dreamgrove and none of them were this glow one. It was the form I was looking to most for Feral! Please tell me no!

every spec has a artifact line that isnt avaible in the game yet , only visable on wowhead etc , this is the one for feral , guess it will be added in a later patch

Afaik these forms will be added with one of the later raid tiers. They're coming, dont worry. Just might be a while.

As the others said, the devs said that these skins would most likely be added into the game in a later patch. Why they chose to leave out the main featured skin that was shown at Blizzcon for the first reveal is beyond me.. but ah well. It does kind of have the 'ultimate form' vibe to it with the detail and headpiece.
