I know this may seem random but which spec of the 2 does more dps? I can never find out this answer due to me literally (not even kidding) seeing 0 dpsing warriors in all of the random heroics/mythic pugs that I have done over the past 2 weeks.

I'm one and I see loads.
But for question. Arms is better for dps but I feel fury has the edge in aoe damage.
Arms by a longshot. Fury is ass. Arms is doing too well at present. Blizzard will make sure both Arms and Fury chill out at the bottom of the DPS chart in time for raiding.
Arms is beating Fury at anything that isn't sustained large scale AoE for a long period of time. And not by a little, Arms is beating Fury by miles.
Arms:
-Best single target spec in the game
-Solid burst AoE
-Subpar sustained AoE
-Very good in 3s arena/competitive PvP
-Awful in solo random pvp
Fury:
-Subpar single target
-Great consistent and burst AoE
-Very weak in competitive PvP and 3s arenas
-Weak in solo/random PvP
Eh outlaw keeps up on single target (and surpasses with some real LUL ben brode roll the bones), and several specs will beat it out on any fight with a stream of add phases (i.e. DH/outlaw/WW/DK). Yes, while arms is arguably the best and most consistent single target dps in the game, I think the subpar AoE holds it back a tad--wouldn't say it beats EVERYTHING.
Not to mention sustained and constant AoE on trash is going to be extremely important in mythic+.

Arms wins in numbers, Fury wins in fun
