Will there be more than 7 upgrades?

So right now there are 7 possible upgrades, i am wondering if the upgrades will be rising after the release of raids and later patches, like it was in wod. Anyone has info about this?

Yes, they already confirmed that they will add 1 more to 855 when 7.1 is released.
