    Need Massive Help

Trying to buy a computer that can work with my next two or three biweekly paychecks. I have nothing currently and will only have around 250 usd max to spend on tomorrows check. Should I grab a monitor, keyboard, and mouse with this one? I recently returned to the US, so not to up to date on component pricing.

I just need the coml to play WoW.
    Budget:
    Tomorrows paycheck: 240-250
Paycheck in 2 weeks: 500 or so.

What is the cheapest rig that I can out together that can play WoW to some level and raid.

I know it isnt much to work on, but the only thing I have currently is a phone since I spent the last year working off the hospital bill from my freak motorcycle crash

If you go with the build in the previous post make sure to stay away from A-Data SSDs.

Going to sound stupid, but how does one install windows 10 without an optical drive?

From a bootable USB. Download the image and the tool to prepare the USB from Microsoft and you're set.

Using the build that Thunderball posted, is it possible to save a bit more on the gpu, cpu, ram, mobo and storagr by switching to AMD and radeon without sacrificing performance?

You can build one cheaper. I just did, much cheaper. It will play wow fine at 1080p with no worries.

    Processor: G3258 - $66.99
Motherboard: MSI H81M-P33 Micro ATX --$45
    Storage: 120gb Kingston UV400 SSD(new release) $37
    Ram: 1x 8gb $31 shipped on amazon
    PSU: EVGA 100-B1-0600 600w Bronze single 12v rail PSU -- $45
Case: Roswill MicroATX mini tower - RangerM $19.99 shipped
GPU: GTX 950 - Here's the kicker, this goes on sale for 100 bucks sometimes. I would buy a used quality card on ebay if you can't find one of these for 100 bucks
You can buy valid licenses for windows on Reddit for cheap, pm me for details. I'll add 25 for this.

Total w/ OS: $369.99 will run world fine up to 70fps on old style ultra, and is not bottlenecked by the GPU in raids.

I built this for a friend, recently and sold it to him for 200 bucks so he could play wow. The real gem in that build is the case. It's a microatx case, but the damn thing is huge where the video card fits in. Will fit any video card I've owned with ease, so anything but a titan.

Those prices are from about 30 days back. You can upgrade the card and the processor now or later to an i3 plus a GTX1060 and you will will have a moderate 1440p rig, honestly.

PS: If you wanted to do the i3 up front, you should go with a newer mobo and get the skylake i3.

ETA: Stick with Intel and Nvidia whatever you do. Just my opinion.
ETA2: These prices were all pulled from only amazon or newegg. One thing I hate about pcpartspicker is that the vendor price in these quotes isn't plus shipping or plus tax. If you don't pay tax on amazon or newegg stuff, the prices I quotes as of one month ago, are actual final prices and not ghosts.
ETA3: If it was me, I try never got cheapest, I like to go cheap but high value(on a budget build), so I would go with a skylake i3, and a 1060(or 1050 depending on timeframe/availability) instead, for a 150-250 more bucks. Remember you need a diff mobo for skylake.

Someone beat me to it but if you're in the US near a Microcenter, buying a G3258 with mobo for $100 or under is unbeatable value. It's even overclockable if you're inclined. Disagree with the "stick with Nvidia whatever you do" if costs are a concern. You'll always pay an extra tax for Nvidia hardware.
