Its so utterly telling, if you compare the way the democrats worked with Bush Jnr on his priorities - Afghanistan, Iraq, tax cuts, medicare part D, etc, etc, with the way republicans have utterly stonewalled every major policy agenda of Obama. They won't even OK an infrastructure renewal bill because they don't want Obama to get any credit. They'd rather burn the country down than compromise.
ObamaCare Hands down, I had a very good affordable insurance policy before he decided to give free insurance to the worthless people of the world. Now I cannot afford to even have shit insurance its 2.5 X more expensive than my Mortgage. Here's to hoping that we don't get another Democrat that backs all his shit policy and we can revert his whole healthcare crap.
I was talking stereotypes. Black guys 'seem' to be bigger and therefore more threatening. And the other stuff like being more hip/cool, street cred, more masculine, etc. all this can contribute to the fear they take girls away (which might actually happen given girls believe in racist stereotypes which favor black guys as well).
Downplaying what the KKK has done and is continuing to do, among the host of other conservative hate groups, as "creating racial tensions" is fucking laughable. BLM is a group that was formed because of black deaths, conservative hate/supremacy groups are formed to lynch, spread vitriol, and exclude blacks from society.
Yes, they might seem that way, but that's just because you aren't noticing all the black guys who aren't big, strong, cool, smooth talkers and are probably just as awkward and insecure as you are and struggling to find a place in the world that doesn't seem to want to make time for them. The only reason you think that all black men are ultra-masculine alpha males is that you just don't pay attention to the ones who aren't.
Then tell it to the white men who are afraid of them (and the girls who buy into those positive stereotypes)! That was the whole point of this all along if you read my posts. Because I think there's something to the 'penis envy' and 'masculinity envy' and 'girl-taking' when you're talking about racial tension between white men and black men.
I really like Raybourne, but I understand what you're saying. I'm 30 myself, and as much of a big deal racism seems to be right now in the media, I guess I surround myself with good people of all ages. People that have grown up in a certain family/area may not have been exposed to what racism really is imo. I grew up in California, in the bay area (very diverse, I honestly didn't know racism until I moved to Indiana in 96'), and even when I graduated in 04' from HS, I had a decent amount of diversity in my prominent white school in Indianapolis IN. Today people make a big deal about racism like it's this HUGE THING you have to watch out for - I just mind my own business and I have yet to have any issues with any race. I can't live in the shoes of someone of a different race because again.. I'm white - I don't feel bad that I'm white obviously, but I do see how people look at other races sometimes 100% based on their skin color.. it's pretty crazy when I see this, and to the best of my knowledge it's from ANOTHER person of non-white race lol. Everyone is racist, it just depends on how damn racist people are.
