<The Old Republic> is a guild based in Outland-EU.

A little about us: We're a group of IRL friends, most of us are 25 years and older with a wealth of high end raiding and guild management experience having all played at high levels in the past, dating way back to Vanilla, through TBC, WotLK & Cata. After a long hiatus, We’ve decided to come back to WoW for Legion on Outland, as it has always been our home.

What's the plan: We want to build a guild that will clear all content on a semi-casual 2/3-day-a-week schedule, one that you will look forward to logging into and a guild that you can call your long term home. With the new expansion release and the number of players returning to the game, this is a great time to put this plan into action. All socials are welcome to join.

Raiding Attitude: Having only a 2/3-day-a-week schedule means we are looking for players who can perform at a very high level consistently throughout a raid. We plan on clearing all content including Mythic raids. However, progressing usually means many wipes therefore we need people who don't lose their temper and rage easily. Raiding takes patience.

We are offering:

  • The clearing of all content whilst current (Normal, Heroic & Mythic Raid Content)
  • Forward planning so that events will be up on the calendar Two or Three weeks in advance
  • Regular social/fun events (WPvP, RBG’s)
  • Continuous recruitment to keep the roster competitive
  • A dedicated guild TeamSpeak3 server.
  • Opportunity to complete all achievements
  • Chance to contribute directly to the growth of the team

What we expect from you:

  • In-depth knowledge of your class/spec
  • Low downtime between pulls
  • Able to take constructive criticism in order to heighten your level of play
  • Able to adapt to a change of planned situation and continue with a high standard of play
  • Able to attend the majority of raids
  • Being prepared for Raids
  • Organised enough to plan a couple of weeks ahead
  • Friendly and have a positive attitude and mindset.
  • Mature. 18+ years.

Able to contribute to and discuss in a positive and constructive manner all aspects of the guilds growth
Patience. Given this is a new team, give us time to make it happen. We'll be committing a good portion of our time to this project, bare with us whilst we make it as enjoyable to everyone as we can!

Raid times: Thursday, Sunday (13:30 – 17:00 OR 19:30 - 23.00) & Tuesday. If you cannot attend at these times simply DO NOT APPLY, however we do understand people have jobs/school so we do tolerate tardiness by a couple of minutes or not attending raids now and then.
