Did anyone else not get a new one today? I did my daily quest at the normal time I do everyday and now don't have one for today..
**Turns out Emissary quests aren't like the pet battle ones where they let you go over the quest limit so if you have a full quest log on login it auto declines the emissary quest.

Emissary respawns at the same time as daily resets, so in US it's 11AM New York time, 8AM California time. Not sure of EU times. I did get emissary on reset.

EU is 9:00.
