Anyone have some good remedies for this?


I'm not sure if it's my new bed or if I hurt my back recently.

Are there meds you take? Is it better to use hot vs cold in treating the area directly?

Maybe go out and get some exercise and lay off posting shit male vs female threads might be a good place to start though.

Solution that worked for me is cracking it at a professional.
Not sure what its called in english but in dutch we call it THE " fysio"

once your back is ok again, start doing the plank, you can effectively eliminate back problems if you do this once a day.
