Anyone know how to fix this issue in Vegas 13?

So needing a hand with this issue in Vegas 13, I have no idea whats going on here, I dont know what to do to fix it, and i cant seem to find the answer on google.

Figured id try and ask around here to see if anyone knew how to fix it?

Looks like a codec issue. I see the video is being rendered with WMV. Try something else instead like h.264 or MP4.
