Monk daily quest with mastery - bug or ?

Hi all, for the first 3,4 days of legion i made the daily quest for monk that give 3k mastery, now i cant find the master to defeat, but the quest remain...its a bug or something?

no1 knows that? do you make the quest?

Yeah, I'm guessing they might have "fixed" that. Yesterday I tried to get the buff as well but the master was nowhere to be found.

Master Cheng daily seems to be bugged. All others are fine.

now each time i complete the quest it give me no buff..is a bug or blizzard remove the buff forever?

No, it's not working anymore - there was just no way it was gonna stay.
