Assassination rouge question

So I decided to level as an Assassination and I have a few questions about some skills

IN terms of talents

Master poisoner - Increase the damage by your poison by 30% and their non damage effect by 20%

Leeching poison - it grants 10% leech

Enevenom - Finishing move that drives your poisoned blades in deep, dealing instant Nature damage and increasing your poison application chance by 30%. Damage and duration increased per combo point.

In terms of leveling would it make sense to get Master poisoner to gain more chance for leeching poision to proc and also apply Enevnom when you have 5cp on your targer first then apply Rupture? Since this way you get should get more heals off making is easier to quest.

Leeching poison doesn't proc, it just gives 10% Leech. Master poisoner will just make it 12%.
