Actually it is quite hilarious how they sunk their legendary ship on the way out of the harbour. Im not even mad, this is amazing!

Maybe you should try to understand.

Luck is still a factor, but or not.

A freshly leveled alt can still simply be lucky and get a legendary immediately and when there is this bug immediately be more likely to get a 2nd legendary than someone who did not get a legendary so far and only slowly increased his likeliness by dailies and mythics.

Or they could go to Ulduar 25m, grab one frament and do few Legion heroics.

so they tell players that in order to ensure the integrity of the system they have to make it so pretty much anybody who got 2 or 3 legendary's out of the system isn't going to get one for a few months to a year. Yeah that'll go over well. I mean, if they do need to somehow rein in the massive head start that the players who received 2 or 3 legendary's from this bug got then the only options are to either take away legendary's from players who received extra ones or ensure that the players who got extra ones cannot maintain that head start and will eventually fall back in line with everyone else.

In theory, honesty is the best policy, but in reality there are some things that don't need to be said and only cause harm if said.
