    MM Artifact Windburst Buff %100

    Did they buff Windburst I'm dealing 400k yesterday it was 200k

    At first glance, I think I have to agree. I seem to recall thinking how it barely did more damage than aimed shot before. It clearly does a lot more now testing it out on WQs.
