WA - Show Targeticons in Textaura?

Hi,
so basically, I want to make a text aura for different things I need to know in a boss fight.. sth like a tldr guide as an aura for myself. I tried to insert the targeticons like the skull or star etc with {rt1}... or {skull}, but it will only show the pure text.. I am sure I've already seen weakaura texts showing the actual icon.. so.. whats the trick?

edit: and while I am at it.. can I somehow colorize only some specific words of a bigger text? So for example, have every "Tank" in red, "DPS" in blue, "Healer" in green or sth like that?

You could do it with custom code in WA, I'm assuming you've seen in some kill vids of people having text with the stuff in it which is actually an addon called AngryAssignments.
