Dark arbiter in emerald nightmare

So, DA is really a bad choice in EN instead of soul reaper?
i have found it pretty good in some scenario (ilgwynoth eye phase) or when BL is popped at start...what do you think?

If you have the legendary shoulders than I guess DA could be viable. Other than that I would reccomended soul reaper for every situation except for maybe a 35 sec fight. It just outclasses arbiter. Another dk in my raid group ran arbiter for il'gynoth for burst during the eye phase but it didn't work out too well. I ran soul reaper and totally raped him in dps.

Soul Reaper is the only viable talent choice, even for AoE. Even with the legendary shoulders, it is not worth using Dark Arbiter.

i doubt you did more dps to the boss itself tho

DA is pretty niche atm, but if you actually lack burst for a certain scenario it sure is great

I actually did lol. Maybe he wasn't playing it correctly but soul reaper is just way stronger than arbiter atm.
